Been using Rock Hill Automotive for a decade. We have many vehicles, some as old as 1993, and on up to 2014, also a large box truck with international diesel engine. These guys are honest, stand behind their work and no matter what brand of vehicle we bring them nor how old, they have kept them all running and when in shop they also note any work that needs doing in future. I will continue to use this shop as I have zero complaints.

My forever shop. Not only were these hard working guys able to complete the work needed a whole day in advance, their customer service skills are on POINT. I received updates on pricing and progress every step of the way AND there was NO condescending remarks or attitude even though the questions I had were, albeit, simple. They also did not insist on services that were not pertinent to the issue at hand. Which is not the norm for shops in the surrounding area If you’re new to Rock Hill these guys are the place I’d recommend. Ask for John, ask for Charles. They will get you right.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Huge thank-you to Rock Hill Automotive! We brought our Lexus in because the A/C drain was clogged and condensation had been leaking into the floorboards, soaking the front and back carpet. This had been an ongoing issue and we were honestly stressed trying to get it finally taken care of. They were polite on the phone, got us in quickly, took the car back, checked it out, and had the drain blown out in just a few minutes. When we went to pay, they told us not to worry about it and simply asked that we leave them a good review. That kind of honesty, kindness, and customer service is rare these days. They could have easily charged us, but instead they helped us out and earned our trust immediately. We are extremely grateful and will absolutely recommend Rock Hill Automotive to anyone needing honest, professional, and genuinely kind service. Thank you again for taking care of us!

After getting two new tires at Discount Tire, I was told I needed an alignment and they recommended Rock Hill Automotive to me. I usually go to the dealership so I called both the dealership and Rock Hill Automotive to get a quote. The dealership was significantly more expensive so I decided to give Rock Hill Automotive a try. They were very nice and I was able to get an appointment for the next business day. They didn't try to upsell me any unnecessary services or treat me like I was an idiot, which means a lot to me as a woman. They got my car in right away and took care of the alignment within a reasonable time frame while I waited. I'll definitely consider going back for my next service.

I've never in my life seen the owner of a company be so disrespectful of customers. I took my car for repairs and was quoted $174 per tire. I was never asked what tires I wanted. When I was told they quoted factory level tires at this price, I went up to the shop to see why the price was so high and why I was never asked about what tires I would want. I wanted to give them a chance to keep my business and explain. I never got the chance. My friend gave me a ride and expressed that she thought they were trying to rip me off. The owner started yelling from his office about the tire price and came out behind the front desk. He told us to leave. I tried to explain that I came up to speak with Dwight about the high quote. The owner wouldn't stop talking. I expressed that my friend shouldn't have said what she said but that he shouldn't be treating us this way. He asked her to leave and would not quit spouting off at her even though she had quit responding. I asked him to stop numerous times while I waited for my keys, informing him he'd now lost a customer. He would'nt stop running his mouth at my friend at which point I had to defend my friend. At this point he had made me quite mad.
